Manage user profile (Legacy)

This document covers TestOps Legacy version only.

Note:

• You need a verified Katalon account. Register for a Katalon account if you don't have one.

The TestOps Profile page allows you to manage your TestOps profile settings.

This guide shows you how to:

• Change your profile photo

• Change your username

• Change your job title

• Change your password

Manage TestOps profile settings

First, you need to navigate to the TestOps Profile page.

From the TestOps homepage, on the top-right corner, click on the photo icon, then select View Profile.

The TestOps Profile page is displayed as below.

Change your profile photo

Follow these steps:

1. Click on the photo icon.
2. Select the image you want to upload in the opened file explorer.
   
   
   

You've now changed your profile photo.

Change your username

Follow these steps:

1. In the Basic Information section, click on the displayed username. Then enter the new username.
   
   
   
2. Press Enter or click on the tick icon to save the change.

You've now changed your username.

Change your job title

Follow these steps:

1. In the Basic Information section, click on the displayed job title, then select the job title. If you want to enter your other job title, choose Other.

   

2. Fill in your other job title.
   
3. Press Enter or click on the tick icon to save the change.

You've now changed your job title.

Change your password

Follow these steps to change your password:

1. In the Basic Information section, click Change Password.
2. In the displayed Change Password dialog, enter your current password, your new password, and then retype the new password to confirm.
   
3. Click Change Password.

You've now changed your password.
