View BDD test results in TestOps (Legacy)

Share an Analytics Dashboard View by Email

This guide demonstrates how to share a read-only view of your analytics dashboard with colleagues via email.

1. From the analytics dashboard, click the Share icon in the top right corner of the Test Coverage by Configuration panel.
2. In the Share 'Analytics & Trends' View window, enter the recipient's name or email and select them from the list.

3. Set an Expiration date and add a personal note in the Message (Optional) field.
4. Click the Share button to send the email invitation.

5. From the received email, click the Open dashboard button to access the shared view.

The recipient can now access a read-only view of the shared analytics dashboard.
